Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on 080 25434775.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products:
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee or the fee agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Return Policy
We accept returns on footwear. items should reach us within 7 days from the date you originally received it. Returned items must be unused, unworn and undamaged with their original packaging (labels, shoeboxes, plastic wrap) intact.

From time to time, few items will be on final sale, as stated on the detail page of that specific item. Please note that final sales items cannot be returned. By purchasing such an item, you undertake that you won’t be asking to return that particular product.

The credit process will be initiated once we have received the item or items in our warehouse, and completed our quality check. Credits are typically processed in less than 10 business days.

To initiate a return, please mail our Customer Care team (esales@solesshoes.com) and give them the exact product details and explain the reason for return.

Please Note: SOLES is not encouraging any return on 599/- articles .SOLES will not bare any return charges and will have to be done at your own cost.

You’ll then have to ship the item to our warehouse with a copy of the invoice. After we receive the item and perform a quality check, we will add the credits to your account or if necessary, get in touch with you with other possible options.
